Rescued from Google Maps limbo
Client: Independent garage, Chester
The issue: Their Google Business Profile was suspended and their appeal had already been rejected, leaving no official route back. The lost visibility was costing an estimated £2,000 a week in revenue.

- Took over the case and escalated it beyond the standard appeal process
- Got the profile reinstated within about 3 weeks
